- Geographica — translation of part of this illustrated atlas — 38,000 words
- Translation of the written material presented by the Bread Bakers Guild Team USA at the Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie (World Cup of Baking) held in Paris, April 2005 where Denmark was a contestant as well.
- Translation of the text for RE/MAX's annual company news (2004, 2005 and 2006)
- Translation of the legal documents in Criminal Action No. O6-CR-00351-EWN-1 in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado

- Translation of a telephone interview and a 60-page political science report on a public hearing held in Denmark about the single currency — for James S. Fishkin, Director of the Deliberative Poll, University of Texas at Austin and author of The Voice of the People: Public Opinion and Democracy — 29,000 words
- Translation/creation of artist profiles for an art dealer in Denver, Colorado. The profiles were based on a variety sources of information such as art history books and electronic information made available by Danish museums.
